1 can Rotel tomato and green chilli
2 pounds ground chuck, 1 pound of hot old folks pan sausage
1/4 link of chapel hill link beef sausage small diced.
1 small onion chopped
1 teaspoon garlic minced
1/2 can tomato sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
two fresh tomatoes chopped
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon basil crushed
3 teaspoon chili powder (Adams preferred )
2 ribs celery chopped 1/2 bell pepper chopped
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

brown meat, onions and garlic , drain fat in colander.
combine all ingredients in a large pot add enough water
just to the top of the meat. bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer 45
minutes to one hour.

looks good, I don't have an actual recipe for chili, just start adding until it tastes right. Maybe that's why the wife and kid sometimes say it is too spicy.
