my Baked Fish recepie
« on: February 08, 2017, 08:14:38 AM »
I saw SK asked the question about baking fish so I thought I'd share one I discovered in a La. cook book.
My wife (& I) loves it. I also use it for Chicken Thighs & Breast, and pork chops.

very simple:
1) lather your fish or meat with Mayo.
2) then season with your favorite (I like "Slap your Momma")
3) then pat on Panko Bread crumbs (I then sprinkle a little extra seasoning on the Panko)
4) bake at 350 till fish is flakey (or if is chicken I bake em, till the juices are clear)
