Bream on Lake Fork
« on: March 05, 2017, 02:33:21 AM »
Normally Crappie fish on Fork & Palestine.  My wife likes to fish for bream and I don't know much about where to find them and at what time of year on Fork. I could get my wife to go with me more if I knew where to find them. Any help would be appreciated.   :helpsign

I have caught a lot under the 154 bridge and out in the stumps, but this time of year if I am on lake Fork, I chase the bass that eat big bream.

What about Lake Tyler? Web page shows excellent. Never been there so don't know anything about it. Where to launch, what part of lake to try, etc.

I would guess that right now ANY East Texas lake if you were to fish close to the bank would provide action of some type .... Bream, Crappie and Bass are all either on the bank, or near.
I cup of earth worms a bag of minnows and a jig or two and you are all set.
